HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We only keep your data for as long as necessary. The exact length we keep it for will depend on the purpose for which we collected it. We will still hold your data when a loan ends, or if you are declined for or don’t take up a product. This won’t be for ever, but for as long as is genuinely needed for business reasons, preventing fraud and crime, or other legal and regulatory reasons.
WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
You have the right to know if your data has been stored and what data we hold of yours. You can always ask our Data Protection Officer to find out about the type and content of the data and where it has come from. You can request amendment to it concerning its accuracy, to make the data anonymous, or to change or delete the data although we may not be able to comply with your request if there is a reason why we need to hold the data. We do not support “Do Not Track” requests.
